"La Locanda del Golfo" opens on the 5th of November 2006; from the very start it has immediately placed itself at the core of Lerici cuisine. The combination of professionalism and affability of its staff, coordinated by Mr. Carmine Muro, the Locanda's owner, together with its perfect location, all this and more has led to an immediate success. Obviously there are more winning points identifying the Locanda's success: it's infact mainly because of a varied menu based on fish and meat dishes typical of our mediterranean diet, classical flavours with a modern twist too, the chef's touch.
Another distinctive element of Hotel del Golfo is found in the great care reserved to its local history and, in particular, to Lerici's history.
As a matter of fact, many historical pictures dating beginning of the century, lined up one after the other along the restaurant walls, tell the story of Lerici portraying it as a little fishing village embedded in the "Golfo dei Poeti" bay.
